We would like to make your stay with Stylish Villas to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. For each luxury rental villa we have prepared a welcome pack, which will be waiting for you upon arrival. In addition to this there will be a maid service 2 times per week to clean the villa and make it that little bit easier for you.

Following the completion of Stylish Villas in April 2008 there
is no other development work in the vicinity.
Situated higher than Villa Vista and finished with primarily a clean white contemporary look incorporating 'capre' white matt marble throughout the villa and terraces but with complementary touches of black marble where appropriate. The master bedroom furniture is finished in white with a stunning black and white marble ensuite with separate shower and bath. All bedrooms have ensuite and their own balconies.
The kitchen consists of sleek unbroken lines with appliances fully hidden behind floor to ceiling units finished in black lacquer. This is complemented by the white cuboid island that hosts the ceramic hob set in a black marble work surface with an integrated marble sink.
The outside has professionally landscaped gardens with infinity swimming pool and superb terraces for outside dining.

The lower of the two villas but still in an elevated position with views over S’ubac to the sea and mountains.
The villa is finished in a beige ‘mocca’ matt marble throughout the downstairs level and terraces leading into rich teak effect flooring with black highlights on the stairs and first floor.
The wooden flooring continues into all the bedrooms with the master bedroom ensuite consisting of a bath and separate shower having black and white marble finish which complements totally the wooden flooring. All bedrooms have ensuite and their own balconies.
The kitchen has a black lacquered cuboid island that hosts the ceramic hob set in a black marble work surface with an integrated black marble sink. The sleek unbroken lines of the kitchen are continued with the wall to ceiling units hiding all the appliances and are finished in a teak and black lacquered wood finish.
The outside has professionally landscaped gardens with infinity swimming pool and superb terraces for outside dining.
