The villa is finished in a beige ‘mocca’ matt marble throughout the downstairs level and terraces leading into rich teak effect flooring with black highlights on the stairs and first floor.

The wooden flooring continues into all the bedrooms with the master bedroom
ensuite consisting of a bath and separate shower having black and white marble
finish which complements totally the wooden flooring. All bedrooms have ensuite
and their own balconies.
The kitchen has a black lacquered cuboid island that hosts the ceramic hob set in
a black marble work surface with an integrated black marble sink. The sleek
unbroken lines of the kitchen are continued with the wall to ceiling units
hiding all the appliances and are finished in a teak and black lacquered wood
finish.
We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Upon your arrival
there will be a welcome pack to show our appreciation for booking your rental
holiday in Mallorca with Stylish Villas. In addition to this there will be a
maid service twice per week to clean the villa and make it just that little bit
easier for you.
