La Serranía is a contemporary retreat in the hills between Pollensa and Campanet. In addition to providing complete privacy and absolute tranquillity, the house is extremely spacious and is filled with light, offering a fine balance between luxury and environmental sensitivity.

Set on 10 acres of land, including a 14m pool with breathtaking views of the valley below. The property has been featured in Harpers & Queen, Condé Nast Traveller and GQ.

Hardwood floors and overhead fans are found in all bedrooms and the dining room.

Daily maid service (6 times per week) is included and a cook is available on advance request.

There are 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people and all with ensuite. Five bedrooms have twin beds and one room is a double.

An open-plan dining and living room with mixed hardwood and natural stone floors includes satellite TV, DVD and CD/stereo with iPod connection.

The Private pool is 14m x 5.5m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun umbrellas and sunbathing furniture. There is a pool house with fridge and sink, changing area, shower and toilet.

The main terrace in front of the house has a large BBQ and various dining tables and chairs. There is a ping-pong table on the side-terrace. The bedroom terraces have their own chairs and tables.
