'The Villa was absolutely fantastic and everything we had hoped for. Martin (the agent) met us on the way to the Villa to make sure we could easily find it but didn’t need to as the instructions in the welcome pack were first class and easy to follow. He showed us around the villa and even had some bread, cheese and ham along with fruit ready for our arrival. He was very helpful in showing us around and how everything worked. The pool area along with the BBQ was fantastic. The view from the upstairs master suite was incredible. We found everything clean and tidy and the maid service was very good changing all the towels twice whilst we were there. Very polite and discreet. An absolute proffessional operation and I have no hesitation in recomending the Villa Sol. A most enjoyable holiday.'

'Having booked the villa quite late, I was very impressed with the way Nick dealt with the booking and how easy and smooth it was. The welcome pack provided was superb and gave every detail you could want about the villa and surrounding area. Our stay in the villa was excellent - the layout, design and attention to detail for travellers made us feel really at home. We really enjoyed the sound system that can be played on the terrace and really created such a relaxing atmosphere. I must make a quick mention of the maid that came in during our stay - the villa was immaculate after her visits and she even cleaned out the BBQ for us!The only downside to our stay was that it was only one week and not longer. We will definately be booking again with Stylish Villas - Thank you for an amazing holiday.'

Booking Villa Vista started off very promising, we received a guide book to Majorca after we paid our deposit and a friendly email from Nick the owner. When we paid the balance we recieved a booklet all about the villa and the most fantastic directions Ive ever seen - photos of each roadsign so you cant go wrong. I think this is so important when you are tired from a flight and driving a strange car, the last thing you want is to get lost (which happened to me last time...took me hours!)

The villa itself is very nice indeed, one of a pair in a quite cul de sac a few minutes drive from Pollensa, itself a charming town. The property is brand new and has been done out in a high quality contemporary style and works very well and feels very special and stylish. The villa is kitted out with every concievable gadget and I especially liked the study and easy to use wireless internet connection (i know Im sad ...)

We were looked after by Axel and Shirley who quickly became great friends and couldnt do enough to make our stay a proper holiday. Thanks guys!

All in all a superb villa really really well managed and equipped and a real credit to the owners and managers.

Readers may be interested to know that I work for Villarenters and chose this property rather last minute ....it was a new one on the site with no reviews at the time so I knew nothing about it but my instanct was right , this is a flawless example of how to do the job right.

My only negative would be that you need a car to go out - theres nothing within walking distance. But dont let that put you off as taxis are easily organsed and nearby Pollensa and the port has much to offer for wining and dining."
