You may find cheaper, but you will be hard pushed to find the quality and attention to detail of the building and the furnishings that we have provided. For us it isn’t about just providing you with a holiday villa, but with an experience that will make you want to return and recommend Stylish Villas to your own friends. We have completed the villas with high quality furnishings that ensure you won't compromise your standards.

How to Pay
You can book direct on line from this web site in 3 easy stages. Simply visit our villa page and click on 'check availability' of the holiday villa of your choice, then select the rental period you would like to book for this villa. Prices are shown for each period.
Remember, both Stylish Villas are very similar so if the villa rental period you wanted is already taken, try the other Stylish Villa for availability by clicking on the link to the other villa rental page. You can then proceed to the next step which will provide you with any applicable discounts and show you the invoice value for the weeks you have chosen. During the summer season, villa rental periods are from Saturday to departing Saturday.

We also accept PayPal or bank transfers.
We do not hold options but we may be able to reserve a property for a few minutes. When the deposit is paid our confirmation invoice will be sent via e-mail, or to your given address if you don't have email.
The balance of the holiday for the villa must be paid 56 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges (see booking conditions). As the lead named passenger you undertake the following commitment on behalf of all persons on the booking, that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions on our web site. Your resort guide will be sent to you in the post once your final payment has been cleared.

Hire a Cook for your Villa
From just £30 per hour you can pre-book the services of a professional cook who will prepare your lunch or dinner and deliver it to your accommodation ready for you to serve. Choose from delicious tapas, local delicacies, paella and many more dishes.
The service must be pre-booked to guarantee availability and the hourly rate is pre-paid before your departure. The cook will take your order and charge you for the ingredients locally. The service is available on the following basis: 2-4 people (3 hours), 5-8 people (4 hours), 9-12 people (5 hours).
Bicycle Hire
Mallorca is a cyclists dream! Tour de France teams regularly train in Mallorca. However if you don't feel quite that energetic then much of the surrounding area is very flat with beautiful cycle routes along the coastline. The Pollensa cycles will be delivered on your arrival weekend. If there is any damage you need to pay direct to the hire company.
