They are exclusive rental villas which offer the similar levels of luxury but vary in their décor and design. Most villas are air conditioned and are set in their own gated landscaped gardens with each villa having its own private pool and barbeque area.

We can also arrange our chef to cook for you during your stay from our seasonal menu or to your own requirements. If you need any assistance with the children then we can also arrange a nanny service.

In fact why not pamper yourself and have a Thai massage from our mobile service.

Villa Vista & Villa Sol

The contemporary kitchens are individually designed and have hidden Neff appliances consisting of steam oven, microwave, fridge with freezer. The unique island unit has a marble sink and top with Neff hob.

The open plan lounge area has the latest in home entertainment systems with a 42" Pioneer plasma screen and surround sound system coupled with Sky HD and even a Playstation 3.

If you decide to have an extended stay during your villa vacation and require being in touch with work, then there is also a private study with Wi-Fi internet connection.

Each villa bedroom is stylishly designed with ensuite bathroom facilities to every room and with the highest quality bespoke furniture. The master bedroom has views with panoramic windows and a magnificent ensuite bathroom in black and white marble. A LCD TV is also in the room linked to the satellite system.

The private villas have luxury marble flooring which extends to the large terraces along with an outdoor dining area and views over S'ubac. In the evening you can watch the sun dip behind the mountains from the well positioned terraces, whilst enjoying the mandatory glass of chilled wine and a barbeque.

The villas really are... a family home, in a holiday location, that caters for every day modern living.
