There are two rental villas which offer the same level of luxury but vary slightly in their décor and design. The fully air conditioned villas are set in their own gated landscaped gardens with each villa having its own private heated infinity pool, barbeque area and views over the Pollensa and Alcudia region. The pools are located close to the terraces and can be viewed from the lounge and kitchen enabling you to keep an eye on the children. The pool can also be heated for those milder Mallorca weeks that are out of season.

The contemporary kitchens are individually designed and have hidden Neff appliances consisting of steam oven, microwave, fridge with freezer. The unique island unit has a marble sink and top with Neff hob.

The open plan lounge area has the latest in home entertainment systems with a 42" Pioneer plasma screen and surround sound system coupled with Sky HD and even a Playstation 3.

If you decide to have an extended stay during your villa vacation and require being in touch with work, then there is also a private study with Wi-Fi internet connection.

Each villa bedroom is stylishly designed with ensuite bathroom facilities to every room and with the highest quality bespoke furniture. The master bedroom has views with panoramic windows and a magnificent ensuite bathroom in black and white marble. A LCD TV is also in the room linked to the satellite system.

The private villas have luxury marble flooring which extends to the large terraces along with an outdoor dining area and views over S'ubac. In the evening you can watch the sun dip behind the mountains from the well positioned terraces, whilst enjoying the mandatory glass of chilled wine and a barbeque.

The villas really are... a family home, in a holiday location, that caters for every day modern living.

We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Upon your arrival there will be a welcome pack to show our appreciation for booking your rental holiday in Mallorca with Stylish Villas. In addition to this there will be a maid service twice per week to clean the villa and make it just that little bit easier for you.
