About us

Having been on holiday to Mallorca on many occasions, we decided to embark upon a business venture, to provide luxury villa rental accommodation in the Pollensa region.

We have stayed in numerous rental villas and hotels in Mallorca so we have experienced first hand the levels of quality and service that people provide. Whilst many of them have been of good quality, we have always felt that if we had our own properties, and were ever to offer them for rent, we would always go that little bit further to ensure that we offered ... a family home, in a holiday location, that caters for every day modern living.

After all, if you don't put up with second best at home then why would you on holiday?

Our theme is to provide rental villas in a contemporary style with luxurious furnishings in the belief that you will treat it as you would your own home. How many times have you turned up at places only to be disappointed at the standard of the furnishings?...not at Stylish Villas!

We try to keep our prices competitive and offer good value for the luxurious quality that is delivered. You may find cheaper, but you will be hard pushed to find the quality and attention to detail that we have provided. We have given you the option to have the villas private pool heated so you can utilse the villas out of the main season.
